Noqu Tadra is just perfect for the couple or small family with one child, who wish to have a home of their own for their Fiji Holiday.
Absolutely spectacular ocean, island and valley views. Wrap around decks take advantage of the beautiful views and breezes. Guests have absolute privacy here as the house and verandahs look out over the beautiful ocean, with no neighbours except those down below on the seashore.
The price of F$750 for 5 nights, or F$850 for 7 nights includes unlimited km use of our fully insured quality rental car as well as the accommodation for Noqu Tadra. Our Fijian drivers will pick you up from the Airport and drive you to Noqu Tadra. They will then leave the car there for you to use and enjoy. Our rental car is fully insured under the Fijian Government Rental Car Regulations. Maui Bay is located midway between Suva and Nadi. Maui Bay Estate has its own beautiful private white sandy beach, clubhouse and parklands and these are available exclusively to residents in the Maui Bay Estate, or guests using the Noqu Tadra Holiday Home.
Facilities
Our manager, Va and her assistant, Sisi, will do a service of Noqu Tadra once a week, ensuring you have a wonderful holiday. Va and Sisi are more than happy to provide local knowledge and they can recommend the best places for guests to visit. They can also do the laundry for guests, should they not wish to launder their own clothes at Noqu Tadra. However, a washing machine and iron plus ironing board are in the house. Hair dryer also supplied.

Noqu Tadra is a beautifully constructed, brand new timber home with bathroom, one bedroom, kitchen, lounge, and wrap around deck. The bedroom, lounge and deck offer spectacular views of ocean, mountains and valleys. Relax in complete comfort, while taking in the glorious views and atmosphere. There is a space for car parking next to the house, and an easy turn around area. Fully furnished and screened with brand new appliances and furnishings throughout. Electricity and phone are in place.
Activities
The Coral Coast is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Fiji. Opportunities for swimming, snorkelling, fishing, hiking, visiting waterfalls etc. There are also dive operators if you wish to scuba dive. Nearby resorts allow non-resident visitors to enjoy restaurants, bar and entertainment.
Getting There
Noqu Tadra is about an hour and a half drive from Nadi International Airport and about two hours drive from Suva. It is just 5 minutes’ drive from major Coral Coast resorts, including the Hideaway Resort and Naviti Resort. We are just 15 minutes drive from the bustling tourist town of Sigatoka, where you can purchase all your supplies and do some shopping for clothes and souveniers. It is about a 10 minute walk down to the white sandy beach. Coming back up the hill is tiring therefore a hire car is recommended. It is also very convenient to be able to explore all the local beautiful scenery and attractions at your own leisure.
